Step cooking

- We cover the pot with beans with a lid, let it boil, reduce the heat, cook it for forty to forty-five minutes. At the end of cooking, salt the beans with one teaspoon of salt. Turn off the fire on the stove, decant the broth, get the finished beans. If you try to crush it with your fingers, we will see that it is soft, it is easily crushed even with light pressure.
