Step cooking
- A day before the start of cooking, we place 500 g of frozen king prawns in a deep container and put on the lower shelf of the refrigerator so that they unfreeze.
- Pour 2 liters of water into a 5-liter pan, put on a large fire and wait for the liquid to warm up.
- We peel 1 onion from the husk and make a longitudinal and transverse deep incision on it. We wash 1 bunch of dill under running water and slightly dry it.
- When the water warms up, add 3 tbsp. l salt, 9 peas of allspice black pepper, 2 bay leaves, a bunch of dill, cut onion and wait for the water to boil.
- When the liquid boils, put king prawns in a pan and cook them for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- When it takes 7-8 minutes, we get the shrimp with a slotted spoon, put them on a dish and serve.
King prawns differ from smaller individuals not only in large sizes, but also in sweet-tasting meat. It contains useful substances such as omega-3 fatty acids, iodine, high-quality protein, but their saturated fats are low, so they are considered diet foods.
