Kitchen appliances and utensils:
- an electric kettle (or a container, a stove for boiling water);
- plastic funnel;
- paper filter for coffee (or paper towel, napkins);
- coffee grinder;
- 250 ml cup.

Step cooking
- Boil 250 ml of water, give 1-2 minutes. cool the water to 90-95 degrees. In the cup we lower the funnel with the coffee filter in it and pour 50 ml of hot water. With this, we warm up the cup and funnel for coffee, moisten the filter.
- Grind coffee beans in a coffee grinder.
- Drain the hot water from the cup, lower the funnel with the filter back into it. Pour 14 g of ground coffee into the filter. You can adjust the amount of coffee at your discretion, depending on your preference.
- In a thin stream, we begin to pour hot water (200 ml) into the funnel with coffee so that the entire grinding surface is shed in the funnel. The process should take place slowly, within 1-2 minutes, to allow the coffee to brew properly and reveal its aroma.
- To stack the remaining coffee in the filter, leave the funnel in the cup for 1-2 minutes.
- Over time, we take out the funnel with a filter from the cup. The coffee is ready.
If you are a sweet coffee lover, you can add sugar to it. As experts advise, it is better to use brown (cane) sugar, it contributes to a more interesting disclosure of the taste of the drink. You can also add milk, cream, various syrups and additives to coffee.
