Ingredients
- 5 squid carcasses

Step cooking
- We put a pan with 1.5 liters of water on the fire and bring the water to a boil.
- Take 1-2 squid carcasses and dip them into the pan.
- We are waiting for the water to begin to boil again, and immediately take the squids out of it.
- Similarly, boil the remaining carcasses.
Boiled squid can be used for cooking various dishes. For example, if you cut them into rings, sprinkle with lemon juice and add various spices, you will get a very tasty snack.
How to clean squid
Many housewives do not cook squid dishes just because they don’t know how to clean this seafood. In fact, this process is not as complicated as it might seem. It is enough to adhere to the following scheme:
- Remove the squid from the freezer and thaw them completely.
- Using a knife, carefully remove all entrails from the carcass.
- Boil water in a saucepan.
- Using a slotted spoon, dip the squid in boiling water for a few seconds and immediately transfer it to a previously prepared container with ice water.
- If you use fresh squids, it will be enough just to pour boiling water over them.
- Pull the wrinkled skin on the squid carcass and completely free the seafood from the film.
