Step cooking
- The glass vermicelli itself is boiled very quickly. It is enough to fill it with almost boiling water, hold for a while, it will become soft, ready to be consumed. One hundred grams of funchose is placed in a saucepan, pour hot water in an amount of 500 ml and hold for 5-6 minutes.
- Then put it in a deep bowl for soup.
- Separately, prepare the soup for serving funchose. Low-fat beef in the amount of 500 grams is passed through a meat grinder. Place the minced meat in a separate bowl.
- We clear one onion of the husk, wash it under the tap with cold water, pass it through a meat grinder, add it to the meat. Add also chopped garlic.
- We drive one egg into the bowl with minced meat, add two pinches of ground pepper, a teaspoon of salt. Stir the minced meat until smooth. We can beat it off a bit so that it lags well behind the hands, then it will be easier to form meatballs from it for soup.
- We put a pot with a capacity of two liters on fire, fill it with water for three quarters. When the water boils, we form the meatballs and dip them into boiling water.
- Separately, chop 100 grams of Chinese cabbage, send it to the pot, where the meatballs are cooked. Pour 50 ml of soy sauce and 30 ml of fish sauce here.
- Wash a small fresh hot pepper under the tap, put it in a pan. Peel 2-3 cloves of garlic, wash, chop, send to meatballs. Add one tablespoon without sugar. Let the soup boil a little, then remove the fire.
- We cut the finished funchose with kitchen scissors into parts so that it is more convenient to eat with a spoon. On top of the funchose, pour the hot Thai soup into the deep plate with a ladle, after removing the hot pepper from it. The soup turned out to be a beautiful light brown color.
- Separately, cut a quarter of a bunch of green onions and a quarter of a bunch of cilantro on a cutting board. This greens decorate the soup on top in a plate.
