Step cooking
- We carefully sort and soak 200 grams of white beans in cold water. Leave it to stand in water for at least 6-8 hours.
- Pour 600 grams of clean cold water into an enameled pan and pour the standing beans. We put the pan on the stove and bring to a boil.
- After boiling, drain the first water, and wash the beans clean. Again, fill the beans with 600 grams of cold water and put on the stove. Bring to a boil over high heat, and after boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum. When the water boils, add 15 grams of vegetable oil to the pan.
- Cook the beans until cooked for 55-60 minutes.
- 5 minutes before cooking, add 5 grams of salt to the pan.

- Remember that despite all the benefits of white beans, this product may be contraindicated for some people. For example, if you have problems with the gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, liver, gall bladder, then you should refuse to use. It is also not recommended to give beans to children under the age of one and a half years.
- When you soak the beans, it is recommended that you change the water every three hours.
- Be sure to monitor the water level when cooking. The amount of water should be more than beans. If it is not ready, then add water in the process.
- When the foam appears - remove it with a spoon or slotted spoon.
- It is not recommended to salt white beans until fully cooked. Otherwise, it will become tough.
- To prevent the beans from becoming dark and tasteless during cooking, do not cover the pan with a lid.
- You can make mashed potatoes from such a product, add it to soups and borsch, make vegetable cutlets.
