- Pour 1 liter of water into a small pot. It is not recommended to pour less liquid, because then the pasta will be sticky. We put the pot in water on the stove and wait until it boils. Be sure to put spaghetti in salted water. 1/2 tsp is enough for one person. table salt.
- Turn the heat on to the maximum and put the spaghetti in boiling salted water. Do not break them, it is important to put the whole pasta in the pan. - Cooking pasta is required at maximum heat for 7-8 minutes. After this time, catch one pasta with a fork and taste. After 7-8 minutes, remove the pan from the stove and drain excess water through a colander. Rinse pasta under cold water is not required.
