Step cooking
First way
- Tear the third part (about 80 g) from the minced meat, form a ball out of it and crush it into a flat cake on a cutting board. Make another ball and repeat the manipulation. Using a round shape, cut round hamburger patties from the cakes.
- Pick up the patties with a spatula and send to a preheated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Mix 20 g of mayonnaise and 20 g of ketchup. Cut 1 bun along, grease its lower half with the resulting sauce.
- Put one cooked patty on top of the bun, then lettuce, a slice of tomato, a thin slice of cheese. Grease the cheese with the rest of the sauce and cover the burger with the remaining half of the bun.
Second way
- Finely chop 60-80 g of onion and put it on a preheated pan, lightly greased with vegetable oil. Add 5-6 g of sugar and mix - so the onion begins to caramelize quickly.
- When the onion becomes brownish, add 10-15 g of ground paprika to it, mix. Add 10-15 ml of balsamic vinegar and 40 g of ketchup, mix.
- In 150 ml of water, dilute 20 g of ketchup, add the liquid to the pan and mix its contents. Stew the sauce until the excess moisture evaporates (10-15 minutes) in an open pan. Place the sauce in a blender and beat until smooth.
- Cut 100 g of onion into thin rings. Fry it in a pan until golden brown. Sauté 2-3 slices of bacon until golden brown.
- Cut the bun in half lengthwise, grease its lower part with a small amount of cooked sauce.
- Put half the fried onions on top of the sauce, then 2-3 slices of the prepared bacon. Cover the bacon with a thin slice of cheese, put on top the cutlet remaining from the first recipe. Lubricate it with prepared sauce and cover with the second half of the rolls.
Third way
- Cut 50 g of beef into pieces, place them in a blender and beat until a minced creamy consistency is obtained. Do the same with 2-3 slices of bacon.
- Stir the minced meat and bacon, adding a little salt to it. Form the cutlet, as in the first method of preparation, and send it to a heated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry on each side for 2 minutes.
- Cut the bun along, grease its lower half with the sauce left over from 2 versions of the burger. Then put the remaining fried onions.
- Cover the onion with a leaf of lettuce, brush it with sauce, put on top the prepared cutlet, a slice of cheese and a slice of tomato. Add a little sauce and half cover the rolls.
All three hamburger options are ready, you can immediately serve them to the table. Enjoy your meal!
