Ingredients
- Acetic acid 70% - 1 tbsp. l
- Water - 7 tbsp. l
Step cooking
- Pour seven tablespoons of water into a glass.
- Add one tablespoon of vinegar essence.
- Mix. We get vinegar 9%.
- If you need 6% vinegar, add 50 milliliters of water to the diluted vinegar in a glass.
- If you do not have a measuring cup, you can make vinegar 6%, using 11 tablespoons of water and one tablespoon of vinegar essence. Done!
Cooking variations
