Step cooking

- Sift 3 cups of wheat flour into a deep bowl with a sieve.
- Then pour the prepared warm mixture of kefir into flour and start kneading the dough. Knead with a spoon first, and when the dough thickens, continue to knead with your hands. If necessary, add a little flour to the dough, but do not forget to keep it soft.
- Lubricate the bowl with a little vegetable oil and roll a lump of dough in it.
- Then tighten the bowl of dough with cling film or cover with a suitable size lid and let it sit in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- When ready, you need to knead the dough a little, and you can form pies or another dish from it at your discretion.
