Frozen shrimp | 500 g |

Step cooking
- We put a small pot of clean water on the hob.
- When the water boils, put 500 grams of frozen shrimp in it and cook for five minutes. Thawing shrimp in advance is not required.
- Add 5 grams of salt and mix.
- When five minutes have passed, we discard the shrimp in a colander and thoroughly shake off all the water.
- Spread all the shrimp on dry paper towels so that they absorb all the remaining water.
- We put a non-stick pan on the stove and heat it up a lot. On a dry hot skillet, spread the shrimp and fry until golden brown on both sides. If the shrimp get dry, then add 5 grams of olive oil to them.
- We clean and cut into thin slices 20 grams of fresh ginger.
- Add the ginger to the shrimp and mix.
- Pour 30 grams of soy sauce into the pan, stir and simmer another 2-3 minutes.
- We clean one clove of garlic and squeeze it using a special press to the rest of the ingredients.
- Fry for another minute, put it on a plate and serve.

- Fried shrimp will go well with a side dish of rice, stewed vegetables or pasta.
- Also, this dish, like any other seafood, is very fond of lemon. Therefore, feel free to add lemon juice to the shrimp when cooking. And you can put a slice of lemon on a plate when serving.
- When cooking shrimp, you don’t need to get too carried away with spices and additional ingredients, otherwise the delicate taste of seafood will be spoiled or completely drowned.
- Such a dish will go well with red and white semi-sweet wine.
- If you are a beer lover, then fried shrimp can replace harmful snacks, chips and crackers.
- It is recommended to serve the shrimp on a large flat plate, slightly warmed up in advance.
- If you like sauces, then you can serve tomato, tartar, mayonnaise with greens, spicy to fried shrimp.
