Ingredients
Product | amount |
Frozen Green Beans | 400-500 g |
Olive oil | 2 tbsp. l |
Soy sauce | 1 tbsp. l |
Sesame seeds | 0.5 tbsp. l |
Step cooking
- Pour into the pan 2 tbsp. l olive oil, put on the stove, set the medium heat and wait for it to warm up well.
- When the oil has warmed up, put 400-500 g of frozen green beans in a pan.
- We wait about 2 minutes for the beans to thaw a little, and then pour it on top of 1 tbsp. l soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Immediately after soy sauce, sprinkle beans on top of 0.5 tbsp. l sesame seeds and mix everything well again.
- We cover the pan with a lid and simmer the beans with sesame seeds over low heat for 5 minutes, periodically stirring with a spatula.
- After 5 minutes, turn off the fire, put the finished beans on a dinner plate to the main dish and serve.
It is worth remembering that the shelf life of the beans is 6 months, after which its useful properties begin to decrease. Therefore, before buying a product in a store, you must definitely look at the date of manufacture. If you are preparing frozen products yourself, do not forget to stick stickers on packages on which you indicate the date of freezing so that you can use it before the expiration date.
