Step cooking

- In a frying pan to a vegetable oil we send a small piece of butter weighing about 20-30 g. We wait until the butter is melted over medium heat.
- During this time, prepare the middle onion. If you like onions, then you can add a little more to the fried eggs. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. We send the onions to the pan and fry over medium heat until cooked until a golden hue appears. To prevent the onion from sticking, it must be periodically mixed. During frying, onions can be salted and seasoned with pepper to taste.
- While the onions are fried, prepare the tomatoes. In total, the dish will need 5-6 small tomatoes, which must be washed well and cut into small pieces. If desired, peel tomatoes. Sliced tomatoes are sent to the pan to the onion. All mix well. Fry it all together over medium heat for a few more minutes until the tomato juice evaporates and the vegetables are not so liquid. Stir vegetables regularly so they do not burn.
- When most of the liquid in the pan evaporates and the tomatoes thicken a little, we drive 6 eggs into the pan. This must be done carefully so that the yolks remain intact. The fire should be medium.
- After adding all the eggs to the pan, carefully make a deepening near each yolk. Tomatoes and onions located between the yolks must be carefully mixed so that everything mixes with the protein. At this stage, the dish can be a little salt and pepper.
- Finely chop a bunch of greens. For fried eggs, you can use fresh dill or parsley. Sprinkle the chopped herbs with fried eggs. Let her cook for another 1 minute, and remove from heat. After a couple of minutes, the delicious and fragrant scrambled eggs with tomatoes are completely ready. The dish can be done for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it is prepared very simply and quickly.
