- Pink salmon - 1-1.5 kg
- Hard cheese - 100-150 g

Step cooking
- We clean one carcass of pink salmon from unnecessary fractions, washing under running water. We remove the tail of the carcass, the insides and cut off the head. Separate the flesh of the fish from the bones. As a result, we get two pieces of pink salmon pulp.
- We cut each piece into three equal parts. We get six pieces of fresh fish pulp.
