- measuring cup or kitchen scale;
- knife;
- tablespoon;
- tea spoon;
- deep bowl;
- plate for serving dishes.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese or curd mass - 500 g
- Chicken Egg - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp. l
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step cooking
Cooking dough
- In a deep bowl, mix 500 grams of cottage cheese and 2 eggs. Take dry cottage cheese for cheesecakes so that you do not have to add too much flour. Too wet cottage cheese can be thrown onto a sieve and allowed to drain excess moisture. If you want the consistency of cheesecakes to be more tender, beat the cottage cheese with a blender.
- Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt to the curd. Mix well.
- Add 100 grams of flour to the dough and knead it.
- Sprinkle a working surface (table) with a small amount of flour and lay out the dough. Form small cheesecakes of their dough.
Frying syrniki
- Put the pan on the fire and heat thoroughly. Pour in vegetable oil. According to the classic recipe, cottage cheese pancakes are fried in a large amount of vegetable oil.
- Fry the cheesecakes on both sides until golden brown (about 3 minutes on each side) over low heat. Do not forget to cover the pan with a lid - this will make the cheesecakes more juicy.
- To remove excess oil, put the fried cheesecakes on paper towels and let the oil soak. The dish is ready. Enjoy your meal!
