Step cooking
Preparation of pink salmon milk
- Since milk is sold freshly frozen, they must first be thawed. After defrosting, they turned out to be 600 g in its pure form. Put in a bowl, rinse in cold water. Dry naturally or with a paper towel.
- Cut into portioned, not small pieces, one milk is divided into 2 - 3 parts.
- After slicing, put back in a bowl and salt 1 tsp. salt. Mix with your hands, rub the salt.
- Add ¼ tsp. ground black pepper.
- Sprinkle with seasoning for fish ½ tsp.
- You can add 1 sliver of cumin (zira) as desired.
- Leave to marinate for 20-60 minutes. It all depends on your taste.
Breading
- Pour into a plate 2 tbsp. l wheat flour. Add 2 tbsp. l breadcrumbs.
- You can add dried garlic, take it a little, on the tip of a knife. Mix.
Making milk
- Each slice of milk is well rolled in breading.
- We put the pan on the fire, warm it up. Pour 30 g of vegetable oil into it, let it boil. We spread the boned milk in a sizzling hot oil. Oil is better to choose refined, odorless.
- Cover the pan with a lid.
- Fry milk on each side for 2 to 3 minutes.
