Ingredients
- mussels - 2 kg
- onions - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 4 cloves
- butter - 30 g
- vegetable oil - 50 g
- dry white wine - 75 ml
- cream - 500 ml
- processed cheese - 130 g
- greens - a bunch
- ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Step cooking
- We thoroughly rinse 2 kg of mussels under running water, clean them of algae and sand.
- Chop 2 onions into small cubes.
- Just finely chop 4 heads of garlic.
- In a deep frying pan, heat 50 g of vegetable and 30 g of butter.
- Lightly fry onion and garlic in oil.
- Add 75 ml of dry white wine to the pan and simmer the ingredients for 3 minutes.
- On a coarse grater, rub 130 g of cream cheese.
- Bring 500 ml of cream to a boil.
- We shift the cheese into a container with cream. Salt and pepper the resulting mass to taste.
- Send the mussels to the pan with onions and garlic.
- Pour the contents of the pan with cream sauce. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer under a closed lid for 5 minutes.
- Finely chop a bunch of greens and sprinkle them with the finished dish.
The finished dish has a very interesting piquant taste and incredible aroma. It is perfect as a light and tasty snack on the festive table.
