Horseradish root | 300-400 g |
Water | 400 ml |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Sugar | 2 tsp |
Vinegar 9% | 25 ml |
Step cooking
- We cut the root of horseradish in large pieces.
- In a blender, grind horseradish to a state of porridge.
- Pour vinegar into boiled water (not hot), add salt and sugar. Mix all the ingredients.
- Put horseradish in a jar, fill in half of the brine and mix.
- Add the brine until the horseradish is completely saturated with water.
- Cover the jar with a lid. Done!
