Ingredients
- ham - 1 pc.
- salt - optional
- ground sweet paprika - optional
- ground hot red pepper - optional
- soy sauce - 10 ml
- dried dill - optional
- vegetable oil - 20 ml
Step cooking
- First, thoroughly rinse one middle leg with running cold water, then wipe it dry with paper towels. Cut off excess fat, film and other unnecessary parts that are unsuitable for consumption from chicken ham.
- Salted prepared meat on both sides in accordance with their own taste.
- Next, sprinkle ham with ground paprika and ground burning red pepper. We use both seasonings to taste.
- To improve the aromatic bouquet of the prepared dish, sprinkle it with dried dill. If you wish, you can add any of your favorite spices.
- Finally, pour the ham of about 10 ml of soy sauce. Evenly distribute all added spices and sauce over the whole surface of the ham.
- We spread the chicken leg in a bowl, and then put it in the refrigerator for marinating for at least half an hour.
- In a well-heated pan, pour 20 ml of vegetable oil, preferably odorless. On top of the butter, spread the pickled ham and fry it on high heat for 3 minutes.
- After the specified time, we turn the product over to the other side and fry it for another 3 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium, cover the pan with a lid and continue frying for 10 minutes. After this time, turn the ham over and fry it over medium heat for another 10 minutes, also with the lid closed.
- We pierce the fleshy part of the chicken with a toothpick, and if clear juice flows out, then the chicken is ready. If you observe a pinkish liquid leak, then reduce the heat to moderate and continue cooking under the closed lid for another 5-10 minutes. We transfer the finished chicken ham to a flat plate and serve it with a knife and fork.
