Ingredients
- Potato - 6 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 50-100 ml
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Step cooking
- Wash 6 potatoes. Peel the potatoes and place them in a deep bowl of cold water. Peel 1 onion and lay it on the potato.
- Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
- Slice the onions into a separate bowl.
- Heat a dry frying pan on the stove and pour oil into it. Put the potatoes on a paper or cloth towel to remove moisture from it.
- Transfer the dried potatoes to the pan.
- When the bottom of the potato has set, mix it. You have to mix the potatoes several times. Do this carefully so that it does not fall apart.
- Pour the chopped onion into the potatoes, toasted on all sides.
- As soon as the onion sets, mix everything. Bring everything to full readiness, remove from heat, salt and pepper to taste before serving.
