Minced chicken 600 g

Bread crumbs or breadcrumbs 3 tbsp. l

  1. In a deep bowl we put 600 g of minced chicken. It can be prepared at home with a meat grinder or blender, or bought ready-made. Peel 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic. We grind the products like this: just chop the onion into small cubes, and first we press the garlic with a knife to increase the production of juice and oil, and then crumble into small pieces (can be passed through a press).

  2. Onions and garlic are sent to a bowl with minced meat. There we put 3 tbsp. l bread crumbs (can be replaced with breadcrumbs and bran), add salt, ground black pepper, oregano and basil to taste.

  3. We mix all the ingredients with a spoon or hands (so quickly) to a homogeneous mass, sculpt portioned meatballs of approximately the same size. From this amount of minced meat, they will turn out approximately 12 pieces. We put future meatballs in a deep glass baking dish or on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. We put in the oven, preheated to 200ºС, and bake for 15 minutes.

  4. For gravy, take 150 ml of yogurt without filler, and 2 cloves of garlic. Grind the garlic in the same way as for minced meat, and put it in yogurt, where we also add salt, ground pepper and any spices to taste. Stir until smooth.
