Ingredients
- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
- Tomato - 2 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Step cooking
- Rinse and peel vegetables.
- Cut the zucchini into large circles.
- Cut the pepper into strips.
- Cut the tomato and carrots into large pieces.
- Onion cut into half rings.
- Chop the garlic finely.
- Mix everything in a bowl.
- Add vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Mix.
- Put vegetables in a baking bag. We tie it on the sides and make a few holes in the bag so that it does not burst.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake vegetables for 1 hour.
- We shift the vegetables into a container, grind them with a hand blender.
- Leave the resulting caviar to cool completely. Done!
Cooking variations
If you like zucchini caviar, but you don’t like caviar, which is sold in stores, make it yourself. Even if you have never cooked zucchini caviar, you will succeed, the main thing is to follow the recipe. This caviar is very tasty and rich. It can be served as a snack, eat with bread or meat chops. You can complement the recipe and add various ingredients to your taste to beat this dish.
If desired, hot chili peppers, eggplant or something else can be added to the vegetables. Various spicy spices, for example, suneli hops or dried herbs, are well suited to this recipe. You can take any spices to your taste - the caviar will definitely turn out delicious. Serve caviar with croutons fried in a toaster or in a pan. They can be fried with oil and spices - it will be even tastier.
