Step cooking
Zucchini
- Take 2 small young zucchini. Wash them and cut into circles about 5 mm thick.
- Fold the squash in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper.
- Peel 4 cloves of garlic, pass through a press and add to the sliced zucchini. Stir and leave for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, cook the cheese batter. Take 2 eggs, add 3 tbsp to them. l sour cream, ½ tsp salt and 4 tbsp. l flour. Beat the mass until smooth with a whisk.
- Grate 50 g of hard cheese on a fine grater, add it to the batter and mix again.
- Sift 6 tbsp. l flour in a small plate. Pour 50 g of vegetable oil into the pan and heat until bubbles appear.
- Roll each slice of zucchini in flour, then in batter and put on a hot frying pan.
- Fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In order to remove excess fat, put the fried zucchini on paper napkins.
Sour cream sauce
- Take 4 tbsp. l sour cream, add ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper.
- Peel 3 cloves of garlic, pass it through a press. Finely chop 30 g of dill. Add garlic, dill to sour cream and mix.
- Put the sauce for 15 minutes in the refrigerator and serve to the fried zucchini.

- Such zucchini in cheese batter goes well with different sauces, such as tomato, mushroom, cheese or mustard.
- Along with this dish, you can serve boiled young potatoes with herbs and salads from seasonal vegetables, such as radishes, cucumbers, tomatoes or cabbage.
- As decoration, any fresh greens are suitable, for example, dill, cilantro, parsley or green onions.
