Step cooking
- Heat 50-60 ml of vegetable oil in a pan well. Take oil to your taste: olive, sunflower, corn, other.
- Peeled 2 medium-sized onion heads cut into small cubes. Pour into hot oil, fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the slices are transparent.
- Wash a young zucchini weighing 300-400 grams, dry the vegetable. Cut into slices - half rings, a quarter of rings. The thickness of the pieces is about 4-5 mm. You can also add bell pepper, eggplant, cauliflower, broccoli, garlic, herbs and your favorite seasonings to the omelet. Reduce the heat under the pan to a small one, put the sliced zucchini in the onion (slices, fried until transparent). Toast, so that the juice released from the zucchini evaporates. Salt and pepper to taste, fry, stirring.
- Break 5 chicken eggs into a bowl, salt to taste, beat with a fork or a whisk.
- Finely chop a slice of chili pepper (as much as you want, choose the amount yourself, depending on how spicy dishes you like). Add the pepper to the pan. Roast over medium heat. Wash and finely chop 4-5 stalks of green onions, pour the white part of the stems into the pan. After 2-3 minutes, pour the remaining green onions into the pan.
- Add 100 grams of pasta with bows to the pan (boil pasta in advance). You can also use pasta of any kind. If you cook pasta specifically for this omelet, do not cook them a little. Stir the contents of the pan.
- Pour the mass into the pan with an egg mash. Cover, bring to readiness.
- Grate 50 grams of any hard cheese on a fine grater, sprinkle an omelet on it. Cover until the cheese melts. Serve frit with zucchini hot with salad, fresh vegetables.
The composition of this Italian omelet can introduce a variety of fillers: vegetables, sausages, meat, mushrooms, other components. The dish is cooked simply and quickly, so it can be a good breakfast, and replacing the filler eliminates the possibility that it will “become boring”.
