Step cooking
- First you need to thoroughly rinse and dry the zucchini. Then we cut off the stalk, edge, and all possible flaws on the skin from them. It is better to take young zucchini with soft skin. In this case, it does not need to be removed.
- Prepared zucchini cut into round slices about 1 cm thick.
- Then peel a few cloves of garlic from the husk. The amount of garlic depends only on your personal preferences. If you like garlic, then take more, if not very, 3-4 cloves will be enough. Then spread the sliced zucchini into a deep bowl, because before cooking they need to be slightly pickled. Add black ground pepper to the zucchini, and with the help of a garlic press we chop all the peeled garlic. Then salt the zucchini and mix thoroughly so that they are properly saturated with the garlic aroma. In this form of zucchini leave for 15 minutes.
- While the zucchini insist, we proceed to the preparation of the batter. Break 3 chicken eggs into a separate container, lightly pepper and salt. Thoroughly shake the eggs with a whisk, and then gradually begin to introduce the flour. You don’t have to add a lot right away. The batter should not be too thick. Depending on the size of the eggs, 3-4 tablespoons may be needed. l wheat flour. The consistency of the batter should be slightly thinner than the dough for pancakes.
- Next, put the pan on the stove and grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil.
- Dip the pickled zucchini in batter from all sides and put it on a well-heated pan. Then fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
- Spread the fried zucchini on paper towels so that they absorb the excess vegetable oil. Such zucchini can be served warm or as a cold snack. Before serving, squash in batter can be sprinkled with finely chopped greens. Enjoy your meal.
