Step cooking
You can prepare a delicious and tender Yorkshire pudding according to a step-by-step recipe with a photo:
- We turn on the oven so that it warms up to 190 degrees. Pour in sunflower oil for 2 tbsp. l into each pudding baking dish.
- Put in the oven for warming up for 15 minutes.
- Break eggs into a large bowl. And beat them with a mixer.
- Add milk and continue whisking.
- Gradually sift the flour into a bowl and continue whisking.
- Add a pinch of salt and mix thoroughly. For convenience, we pour the resulting batter into a plastic bottle (it is possible from under the ketchup).
- We get the molds from the oven. Pour the dough into the middle of the pan. When filling the molds, it is very important not to touch the edges, since the batter is covered with a crust and will not allow the pudding to rise. This must also be done quickly so that the molds do not cool.
- We put in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the puddings rise and brown. It is not recommended to open the oven until the puddings are ready. We get ready-made puddings from the oven.
Filling
Now let's prepare the cheese filling for pudding:
- In a bowl with feta cheese, squeeze the garlic through a press.
- Finely chop the dill and basil to taste and add to the feta cheese. All mix well.
- Put the mixture on the puddings. Decorate with herbs and serve.
Enjoy your meal!
