- Milk - 1 L
- Natural activity (bio-yogurt) - 150 g
Step cooking
- Boil 1 liter of milk. Wait until the milk has cooled to 40 degrees. Sterilize the cans while preparing the milk.
- Pour a small amount of cooled milk into a separate deep container and add 150 g of activity to it.
- Mix everything thoroughly until smooth, and then pour into a container with the remaining cooled milk. Also mix well. Pour the resulting composition into pre-prepared banks. Place the jars in the yogurt maker and cover with a lid.
- Turn on the yogurt maker and let it cook for 8 hours.
- After the deadline, turn off the yogurt maker, carefully remove its lid, cover all the jars with their lids and put them in the refrigerator for a couple more hours. When serving, you can add honey, jam, berries and much more.
