Ingredients
- Milk - 1-3 L
- Sourdough - 1 sachet
Step cooking
- Take 1 to 3 liters of homemade milk and bring it to a boil in a saucepan.
- Cool the milk to a temperature of 35-40 degrees.
- Take 1 package of sourdough and add it to milk.
- Mix everything thoroughly, and then distribute the liquid in jars for making yogurt.
- Cover the filled containers with lids and send to the bowl of the multicooker. Set the yogurt function and leave your composition to reach 8 hours.
- At the end of the period, move the jars of yogurt in the refrigerator and let them brew.
- Serve to the table seasoned with jam or berries.
