Ingredients
- Water - 3 L
- Oranges - 3 pcs.
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 300 g
Step cooking
- First, prepare the oranges. Pour them with boiling water and leave for 1-2 minutes. Cut the stem and cut into very small pieces.
- Put in a blender bowl and grind to a thick porridge consistency. You can use a meat grinder, but then you need to scroll through the oranges 3 times.
- Transfer the whole mass to the pan and pour water. Add sugar, mix and put on fire.
- On a low heat, bring to a boil and, stirring slightly, keep the juice on the fire for 1 minute.
- Add citric acid and mix. You can use the juice of real lemon.
- We filter the juice through a sieve. Juice is ready, pour it into glasses. Can be served with ice cubes.
