Step cooking
- We take 2 tomatoes (medium size), sweet pepper (1 pc.), Parsley and dill (½ bunch each) and wash thoroughly under running water. Tomatoes (2 pcs.) Are cut in half and chopped into thin slices. - ½ bunch parsley and ½ bunch dill should be finely chopped and add to the plate to the rest of the ingredients.
- When the pasta is cooked, pour them into a colander (a piece of kitchen utensils in the form of a small pot or ladle with holes in the bottom) and rinse with water. When all the water from the pasta has escaped and they have cooled, add them to our salad.
- We start preparing salad dressings. In a saucer, pour 4-5 tbsp. l olive oil. We squeeze 1-2 cloves of garlic through garlic press into olive oil.
- Also in olive oil add dried basil (1/2 tsp), salt and pepper to taste.
- All mix well and pour salad dressing. It remains only to mix, and the salad is ready. Enjoy your meal.
