Step cooking
- To prepare the test, use warm water. 100 ml is poured into a separate deep bowl, adding 30 g of liquid or 10 g of dry yeast. Also in the mixture add 1 tbsp. l Sahara. Stir the mixture thoroughly with a tablespoon and let stand for a while.
- Sieve 600 g of flour in advance and pour into a deep bowl. A small depression is made in the middle, into which a mixture of yeast, water and sugar is poured. Gently mix and temporarily set aside the flour.
- In the remaining 200 ml of warm water pour 1 tsp. salt and 4 tbsp. l olive oil. A little stir. From water with oil and salt, pour into flour and knead the dough with a tablespoon.
- Mix the dough with your hands in a bowl. When all the liquid is absorbed, the dough is placed on a flat and clean surface, continuing to knead.
- When the dough becomes dense and elastic, it stops sticking to your hands, it is placed in a deep bowl and covered tightly with cling film. Put the dough in a warm place for an hour to rise.
- While the dough is being infused, they are preparing products for the filling. 100 g salami is cut into rings. It can be replaced with any other sausage according to your taste. Champignon mushrooms in an amount of 100 g are peeled and cut into thin slices. 130 g of mozzarella cheese is cut into pieces, there is no need to rub it on a grater. A suitable dough is cut into 3 identical parts. Roll out one of the parts using a rolling pin. From the test you should get a circle. Grease a round baking dish with olive oil, then sprinkle with flour a little.
- The dough is laid out on the form, making low sides on the sides. On top of the test, pour 1-2 tbsp. l olive oil and spread it evenly, using a silicone brush.
- Pour 100 ml of tomato juice. The thicker the consistency of the juice, the better. If you have homemade, it is better to use it for cooking Italian pizza. Distribute juice throughout the dough.
- Season the dough with a pinch of oregano and salt a little (1 tsp). Lay out the filling on the dough, starting with salami, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese at the end.
- Preheat the oven to a maximum temperature of at least 260 degrees. Put pizza in the oven for 10 minutes. If the oven is electric, it is recommended to place the baking tray with pizza on the upper level. In the presence of a gas oven, pizza is baked at an average level. The finished pizza is taken out of the oven, transferred using a spatula to a dish and cut into pieces.
