Step cooking
Cooking pasta
- To get started, put a large pan with 4 liters of water on the fire. The pan should be "with a margin", that is, somewhere around 4.5-5 liters. Water for pasta is taken based on 100 g of dry pasta 1 liter of water. Bring water to a boil and salt at the rate of 1 tsp. on 1 liter of water.
- Pour the required amount of pasta, in our case 400 g. On a medium heat, stirring constantly, cook the pasta as much as the packaging says. Usually it is 5-7 minutes, but sometimes up to 12 minutes (depending on the company, the type and composition of pasta). Try the pasta. If it is almost cooked, then turn off the heat.
- Drain the pasta through a colander. Mix well. If desired, you can put butter, but this is not necessary, because you do not cook “empty” pasta, but with sauce. Cover to prevent the pasta from cooling.
Cooking sausage sauce
- Peel the onion and garlic and rinse under running water. Chop the onion into small cubes, and finely chop the garlic clove.
- Boil the kettle and dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Then the skin is easily removed. Knock down the tomatoes into a homogeneous mass with a blender (before that, cut out the place where the stem is attached, and remove the skin).
- Pour a couple of tablespoons of olive oil into a deep frying pan (you can even take a stewpan) and put it on medium heat.
- Cut the sausages into rings. Sausages can really be any - smoked, dairy, horse, children. The main thing is to be fresh. Put the chopped sausages in a preheated pan and fry them for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly. They should be beautifully browned.
- Pour onion and garlic there. Fry until the onions are half-cooked - this is when it has become a little transparent.
- Pour the tomatoes chopped in a blender and mix well.
- Pour in 150 ml of fresh milk and mix again.
- Now salt and pepper the sauce and add paprika. Shuffle.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, and at this time, grate 80 g of cheddar cheese. When the sauce is boiling, add cheese and mix well.
- Let the sauce boil for a couple of minutes and put ready-made pasta into it.
- Mix everything a couple of times and cover. Let it stew for a couple more minutes.
- Turn off the fire. All is ready. Enjoy your meal!
