Ingredients
- Turkey Breast - 300-400 g
- Garlic - 4-5 cloves
- Soy sauce - 150-180 ml
- Ground black pepper to taste
Step cooking
- Wash and dry with a paper towel a small turkey fillet weighing 350-400 grams. Cut the fillet in thickness with a wide knife into two parts. This is done in order to reduce the cooking time of the meat, as a thin layer is pickled and fried much faster.
- Lay out layers of poultry meat on a cutting board, push them with the knuckles of a hand clenched into a fist, on both sides.
- Peel 4-5 cloves of garlic, crush them with the flat side of a knife, chop finely. If desired, you can grate the garlic on a coarse grater.
- Pepper the meat on both sides with black ground pepper to your liking. Sprinkle the meat with your favorite seasoning or herbs if you want.
- Transfer the turkey fillet to a 1 liter food container. Sprinkle minced garlic on both sides with chopped garlic.
- Pour the meat in a container with soy sauce (120-150 ml) so that it covers the pieces almost completely. Leave the meat in the sauce for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat the electric grill to a temperature of 230 ° C. Remove the meat from the container, remove the pieces of garlic into it using a cooking spatula. Grab a piece of turkey with tongs, put on the grill. Transfer the second piece of meat to the electric grill.
- Close the lid of the kitchen appliance, fry the turkey for 2-3 minutes. If you increase the frying time, the meat may turn out to be a little dry.
Serve meat with a side dish of mashed potatoes, rice, buckwheat, other cereals, pasta, with fresh vegetable salads or with boiled, stewed vegetables. You can make sandwiches and burgers from such meat, use it for salads and making pizza.
