Ginger lemonade - a very tasty and healthy recipe

  • blender
  • fine grater;
  • sieve;
  • jug;
  • carafe;
  • glasses;
  • plates;

  • cutting board.

Ingredients

For 1.5 liter of drink:

Lemons 4 things. (600 - 700 g)
Lemon juice 250 ml
Sugar 250 g
Ginger 25 g
Prepared water 1 liter
Fresh mint 3 - 4 branches

Step cooking

  1. Cut lemons into two halves. Set aside one piece for decoration.
    Wash lemons and cut them in half.
  2. You get juice from lemons with a juicer.
    Using a citrus juice squeezer, prepare juice.
  3. It turns out 250 ml of lemon juice, pour it into a jug.
    The resulting juice is poured into a jug.
  4. So sugar should be 250 g.
    Sugar is harvested as much as grams of juice.
  5. Grind ginger on a fine grater.
    Rub ginger on a fine grater.
  6. Add it to the jug of lemon juice.
    Transfer ginger to lemon juice and mix.
  7. Pour the prepared water into the blender, add lemon juice mixed with ginger. Then add 250 g of sugar and 1–2 sprigs of fresh mint. Mix all this until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour water, juice into a blender, pour sugar and add a sprig of mint.
  8. Lemonade is almost ready, it remains only to strain it through a sieve.
    After stirring the drink with a blender, filter it through a sieve.
  9. Cut the remaining parts of the lemon into thin circles and add together with the remaining mint into the jug, where by this time an almost ready drink was poured. The lemonade is ready.
    As you can see, ginger lemonade according to this recipe can be prepared in a matter of minutes.
