Step cooking
- We take 2 medium eggplants, wash them, prick them with a fork and send them to the most preheated oven. Cook the vegetable until soft and carbonize the skin.
Important!Do not cut the stalk from the eggplant, as it will be more convenient for you to remove the flesh from them. - In a deep container we put 1 garlic clove grated on a fine grater. Add to the garlic 2 tsp. sesame oil and 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise.
- We take the eggplants out of the oven, cut them lengthwise and with the help of a spoon we take out the flesh from the vegetable.
- Send the pulp to the rest of the ingredients and add a pinch of salt and ground chili to them.
- Using a blender, we turn the mixture of ingredients into mashed potatoes.
- The dish is ready!
The caviar prepared in this way is called “dip” - a sauce for dipping food in it. It can be used as an aperitif during the reception of guests at any holiday or celebration. There is such a game with chips, homemade crackers or vegetables. This original snack is great for beer, and you can also take it with you on a picnic.
