Ingredients
- Champignon mushrooms - 500 g
- Carrots - 200 g
- Onions - 200 g
- Garlic - 1 Prong
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying (2-3 tbsp. L.)
Step cooking
- We take 200 g of carrots, wash and clean it. Then rub on a coarse grater. Onions (200 g) are peeled and cut into small cubes. We put the pan on the stove, pour 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil and heat. Pour the carrots and onions into a heated pan. Fry carrots with onions over medium heat for 4-6 minutes.
- Mushrooms (500 g) are thoroughly washed with sand. Cut in half and chop into cubes.
- One clove of garlic is cut into small cubes or passed through a garlic press. Add champignons and garlic to the fried vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry vegetables until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Allow the vegetables to cool slightly and pour plenty of lemon juice (2 tbsp. L.). Mix thoroughly.
- Pour vegetables into a blender and grind into a homogeneous mass.
