Step cooking
- In a separate bowl, sift 125 g of wheat flour so that it is saturated with oxygen.
- In another container, mix 125 g of powdered sugar and ½ sachet of vanillin. A package of vanillin can be used in its entirety, but half will be enough for so many products. Powdered sugar can be replaced with regular granulated sugar, but it will need to be whipped a little longer. Also, the amount of powdered sugar can be changed up or down, depending on your taste preferences. Next, add 125 g of softened butter to the icing sugar with vanilla.
- Drive 2 cold proteins into a deep container, add a pinch of salt to them and beat with a mixer until a dense and lush white foam is formed.
- Beat with a mixer the soft butter and powdered sugar. The mixture should be homogeneous, and without lumps. Next, add 2 yolks that you previously separated from the proteins, and then whisk again.
- In a bowl with yolks and powdered sugar, add about half the sifted flour of 125 g, mix. Then pour whipped proteins to these ingredients and use the mixer again. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add the remaining flour, mix. The dough should be quite dense and slightly viscous.
- Lubricate the electric waffle iron with a little butter and set to bask. When it warms up, pour 1 tbsp. l the dough in the middle, and then close the lid and press it down slightly so that the dough spreads over the entire surface, wait for the required time.
- The cooked waffles should be pulled out onto the wire rack so that they cool completely and remain crispy. Continue making waffles from the rest of the dough. If desired, the amount of ingredients can be increased several times, then the yield of waffle treats will turn out to be large.
- You can serve dessert with tea or coffee, and these waffles can also be eaten with jam, condensed milk, jam or fruit. They are perfect for delicious breakfasts or light snacks.
