Step cooking
- About half an hour before cooking, we remove 125 g of butter from the refrigerator, and then leave it in a warm room, so that it is quite soft.
- In a deep container for kneading dough, measure out 125 g of powdered sugar. Adjust the amount of the sweet component yourself, focusing on which waffles you want to cook - sweet or not.
- There we add 1 packet of vanillin and softened butter. Instead of vanillin, vanilla sugar, extract or essence can be used, and butter can be safely replaced with margarine.
- Using an ordinary fork, carefully grind the ingredients until a homogeneous, thick consistency is obtained.
- We take two chicken eggs and gently separate the yolks from the proteins.
- Mix the proteins with 1 pinch of salt, and then beat with a mixer until an airy white foam is obtained.
- The remaining yolks are added to the previously prepared oil mixture, and then mix the mass until smooth.
- Separately, sift through a sieve 125 g of premium wheat flour. In two or three stages, pour the flour into the creamy mass and continue the thorough kneading of the dough.
- Last add whipped proteins.
- After that, knead a viscous homogeneous dough of medium density.
- We warm the waffle iron thoroughly, and then lightly grease the working surface with vegetable oil. No further lubrication of the waffle iron is required. Pour a small amount of dough into the mold and evenly distribute it.
- Close the lid of the device and bake the product until the desired rosy color is obtained.
- We lay the finished wafers on a flat surface, for example a grate, where we allow them to cool to room temperature.

Sweet waffles blend perfectly with:

- yogurt;
- grated almonds;
- whipped cream;
- liquid honey;
- jam or jam;
- icing sugar, melted or grated chocolate.
