Put the dough
- Pour 500 ml of warm filtered water into a bowl. Pour into the water 1 tbsp. l granulated sugar and add ½ tbsp. l salt. There, run 11 g of dry yeast and 300 g of sifted wheat flour.
- Mix the contents of the bowl until a homogeneous mixture and add 1½ tbsp. l refined vegetable oil.
- Place the bowl with dough in a warm place for 15-20 minutes to activate the yeast.
Knead the dough

- Before mixing bread dough, add 1 tsp to flour. baking powder. Knead the contents of the bowl thoroughly with a spatula and knead until the dough has absorbed all the flour. Put a little vegetable oil on your palms and thoroughly knead the dough.
- Place the dough formed in the ball back into the bowl, cover with cling film and leave for 40-50 minutes. in a warm place.
Bake bread
- When the volume of the ball doubles, the dough needs to be kneaded (but not knead!), Pre-lubricating the palms with vegetable oil. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Put bread dough on the bottom of the bowl.
- Cover the bowl with foil and again send the dough to stand in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
- Once the volume of the dough has doubled again, place the bowl in the multicooker. Set the “Baking” mode and turn on the timer for 40 minutes.
- After the sound signal about the end of work, carefully remove the baked bread from the bowl. Turn the pastries over and place them in the bowl with the baked side down. Set the forty-minute “Baking” mode again.
- At the end of the multicooker work, finally remove the finished bread from the bowl.
- Lay the hot loaf on a wire rack, cover with a napkin and leave the bread to cool completely, after which it can be cut and served.
