Step cooking
- In 300 ml of warm milk, add 1 cup of sugar and 14 g of dried yeast. Thus, you can immediately check whether the yeast is good, and the dough will rise much faster. Leave the mixture for about 10 minutes. Yeast should grow a good hat. Sift through a metal sieve 800-900 g of flour.
- Add ½ tbsp. To the sifted flour. tablespoons of salt and mix well.
- Pour the appropriate yeast and 200 ml of warm water into a plate with flour and salt.
- Knead the dough with your hands first in a bowl, add 50 g of vegetable oil, and when the dough is gathered in one lump, then transfer it to the table.
- On the table, a ready-made lump of dough is also well kneaded for 10 minutes so that it does not stick to either the table or hands.
- By the density of the dough, it will also be possible to notice that the flour is no longer needed. The dough should be dense, but at the same time soft so that it is not “clogged” with flour. Roll the dough into a spherical shape.
- We take a deep glass bowl, grease it with vegetable oil, you can lightly grease the dough itself. Put the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil. We close the dough with cling film, leave it to “approach” for about an hour in a warm place. In volume, the dough should double.
- When the dough has “approached”, sprinkle the table with flour, remove the dough from the bowl and put it on the table, sprinkled with flour.
- Tuck the dough with folding movements from the edge inward, but do not squeeze much. We form a loaf of round bread.
- Turn the bread over and scroll it clockwise on the table, so all the carbon dioxide comes out of their bread.
- We spread the dough in a baking sheet, greased with sunflower oil.
- Sprinkle the dough on top with flour, cover with a light dishcloth and leave to approach for about another 30 minutes.
- We make notches with a blade. You can use a knife, but it is often not as sharp as needed, and you just ruin the bread.
- We turn on the oven at 250 degrees and heat it very well. Spray the oven with water to form steam, which will help create a delicious crust. We put a baking tray with bread in the oven and lower the temperature to 190 degrees. Bake bread in the oven for about 40 minutes. We shift the bread from the mold onto the wire rack, cover with a thin kitchen towel and let it cool. Enjoy your meal!
