Step cooking

- Then pour 40 ml of vegetable oil.
- Following this, a dough begins to pour into a large bowl. This should be done gradually, constantly mixing the liquid with flour in a container.
- The resulting mixture is well mixed with a spoon. If the mass sticks to the walls, you need to add flour.
- Next, the test must be shaped into a circle and covered with cling film.
- And then the bowl with the dough is transferred to the microwave, and next to it is a glass of boiling water. In this position, it should stand for 1 to 1.5 hours, so that its mass increases at least 2 times. After this period, the capacity must be removed from the microwave.
- Now, the form in which the bread will be baked, you need to cover with parchment paper and sprinkle with flour a little.
- Next, grease your hands with oil, you need to knead the dough in a bowl, giving it a round shape.
- The workpiece is transferred to a baking dish / on a baking sheet. Cover the dough with cling film and let stand for another 30 minutes. After 20 minutes, you must turn on the oven to warm up to 200 ° C.
- After 30 minutes, the film is removed and 3 longitudinal cuts are made on the workpiece with the back of the knife.
- Now you need to sprinkle the preparation a little with flour through a sieve.
