Step cooking
- Using scales and measuring containers, measure all the necessary products so that you do not look for any ingredients during the kneading of the dough.
- Separate approximately 1/3 of the total whole-wheat wheat flour per eye. From it you will prepare the dough. Measured flour should be sifted through a sieve several times. There are several points to which you should pay attention. First, whole grain flour contains many large grains. This is normal and should not scare you. You just sift through what is possible to sift, and add grains later. Just make sure that with the grains in the flour do not get extraneous hairs or threads from the bag. The second - whole-grain flour tends to cake, like regular flour. That is why it should be sieved and saturated with oxygen. The more times you do this “procedure”, the better.
- Sift yeast together with flour - this way they are better mixed and evenly distributed throughout the amount of flour.
- Pour 270-300 ml of water into the sifted flour and yeast. The temperature is room temperature, that is, it is not necessary to heat it.
- Also add one tablespoon of sugar to this mass. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Opara is almost ready, she just needs to go a little. To do this, cover the bowl with cling film or a towel and send to a warm place for 10-15 minutes. The finished dough should rise in volume, have a lot of hole-bubbles (this means that the yeast works fine).
- Gently mix the dough. Add salt (1-1.5 tsp) and olive oil (1-2 tbsp.) To it. Stir again.
- Enter the flour very carefully, little by little. After each new serving of flour, mix thoroughly.
- Knead the dough, which should be soft, obedient, and not stick to your hands.
- On top of the dough, pour 1 tbsp. l olive oil and knead the dough thoroughly.
- Transfer the finished dough into a deep bowl and cover with cling film. Send the bowl to a warm place for half an hour. Turn on the oven at 200 ° C.
- After half an hour, the dough should fit well. Remove it from the bowl and mix well again.
- Form a ball from the dough and put it in a baking dish. (The form should not be too small, note that the bread will fit twice. Therefore, if there is no large form, divide the dough into two pieces). Cover with foil and leave to rise for 15-20 minutes.
- On top of the bread, you can sprinkle flour and make a groove or cuts with a knife, but only after the dough has already risen.
- Bake bread for about 30 minutes. Your healthy and delicious bread is ready!
