- Lubricate the bowl of the double boiler with vegetable oil, spread the khinkali. Cover and cook for 25 minutes. Instead of a double boiler, you can use a slow cooker, which has the function of a double boiler or an ordinary deep pan and a large colander. In the latter case, it is necessary to pour water into the pan so that the colander does not touch it. Lubricate the colander with vegetable oil, put the khinkali, cover with a lid and cook for 25 minutes. Then put it on a serving plate and serve.
