Ingredients
- Turkey fillet - 500 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l
- Tomato paste - 3 tbsp. l
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
- Flour - 1 tbsp. l
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Step cooking
- Rinse and chop 500 g turkey fillet.
- Place the meat in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry it until golden brown.
- Once the meat has reached the desired condition, add to it 1 tbsp. l flour and mix everything.
- Next, add 2 tbsp. l sour cream and 3 tbsp. l tomato paste. Everything also needs to be mixed.
- Pour 100 ml of warm water into the pan and add 1 tsp. paprika, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything and cover. Stew goulash must be 30 minutes.
