Ingredients
Mushrooms (milk or butter) | 500 g |

Vegetable oil | 2 tbsp. l |

Sugar | 0.5 tbsp. l |
Bay leaf | 2 pcs. |
Black pepper peas | 10 pieces. |
Clove | 2 pcs. |
Vinegar 70% | 1 tsp |
Dill seeds | 0.5 tsp |
Step cooking
- We wash the mushrooms very carefully. Fill the mushrooms with water, and with the help of a toothbrush we clean the mushroom caps from dirt.
- We clean the top layer of the hat and leg with a knife. Also remove the plates on the back of the cap.
- Large mushrooms are cut into smaller pieces, small ones are left intact. We put the mushrooms in a pan, fill with water and put it over the stove. We remove the foam in the process of boiling. After boiling, cook mushrooms for 15 minutes. Then we wash the mushrooms under running cold water in a colander.
- Pour the washed breasts with water, after boiling, reduce the heat and cook the mushrooms for 30 minutes. After half an hour, wash the mushrooms again under cold water in a colander.
- Add half a liter of water to the pan and turn on the heat. Add salt, sugar, black pepper, bay leaf, cloves, dill seeds. Mix and wait for the water to boil.
- Dip the mushrooms in a boiled marinade. After boiling with mushrooms, reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes under the lid. After 15 minutes, add vinegar, mix and leave to boil for another 1 minute.
- We prepare peeled garlic and a sterilized jar for mushrooms. Cut the garlic into strips and add to the jar. We put the hot mushrooms in a jar. Pour mushrooms with marinade. Add vegetable oil on top and cover tightly with a lid.
- We remove the mushrooms under a warm blanket until completely cooled.
Cooking variations
Despite the fact that the recipe is quite simple, you need to do a lot of movements and steps to make it work. However, the recipe is quite simple, which is why, having in front of you instructions and a list of ingredients, you will succeed. A big plus of pickled mushrooms and other pickled products is that they are stored for a long enough time. You can safely pickle mushrooms for the winter and eat them all winter. And the advantage of home pickling is that you yourself make mushrooms and know what is in the bank.
Pickled mushrooms can be served at the festive table. They are ideally combined with any meat and fish dishes. Mushrooms also go well with mashed potatoes and other side dishes. In addition, pickled mushrooms can be added to salads - it is very tasty. And such mushrooms do not lose useful substances in their composition.
