Step cooking
- We take 1 head of onion, cut it into quarters and fry in a pan with the addition of 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- We cut 400 g of chanterelles into medium slices.
- Add the chanterelles to the onion pan. Fry the ingredients for 10 minutes.
- We take 4 potatoes and cut them into slices of medium thickness. Tilt the potatoes onto a soft sieve and wash the vegetable well under running water.
- Add a pinch of salt to the mushrooms and onions. Mix everything and remove from heat. We put a clean frying pan on the fire and pour 4 tablespoons into it. l vegetable oil.
