Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Potato - 1 pc.
- Cream - 200 ml
- Baguette - 2-3 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml

Step cooking
- In separate containers, cut in half rings 1 onion, 400 g of mushrooms into small pieces and 1 potato into cubes.
- Add oil to a deep pan and fry the onion on it until a translucent structure.
- Next, add chopped mushrooms to the onion, salt them and fill with water. Set aside a small amount of mushrooms for croutons. In this state, the composition must be cooked on low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
- While boiling mushrooms with onions, prepare croutons. To do this, bake 2-3 pieces of baguette finely diced. Pre-irrigate them with sunflower oil and mix. Bake must be in the oven, preheated to 150 degrees. Use parchment and a baking sheet. Also at this moment, it is necessary to separately fry the laid-off mushrooms separately.
- Once the mushrooms are cooked, add the potatoes to them and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Next, turn off the burner and using a submersible blender bring the soup to a puree state. Beat until smooth.
- Next, pour 200 ml of cream into the cream soup and mix everything with a whisk.
- Add salt, pepper, herbs to taste and serve. On top, beautifully lay the previously fried mushrooms.
