Noodles 250 g
Carrot 1 PC.
Water 2.5 l
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Ground black pepper 2 pinches

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l

Step cooking

  1. We put 2.5 liters of water in a saucepan on fire. We wash the mushrooms, cut into cubes and send to a pot with water to cook. Mushrooms for this soup can be used any. You can purchase them at any supermarket. The most popular today are oyster mushrooms and champignons. If you pick mushrooms yourself, then use your crop to cook food. If you cook mushroom noodles on meat broth, then boil it on any meat. Be sure to divide the meat into portions so that it is enough for everyone, and it is convenient to eat.
    Boil the mushrooms.
  2. Prepare the rest of the ingredients. We peel the three potato tubers, cut into small cubes and send to the pan to the mushrooms.
    Add the sliced ​​potatoes to the mushrooms.
  3. We clean and wash the carrots and onions. Rub the carrots on a coarse grater, and cut the onions into small cubes.
    Grate the carrots, finely chop the onions.
  4. We put the pan on the fire, pour vegetable oil into it, about 2-3 tablespoons, heat it and pour the onions and carrots. If you cook noodles with mushrooms during strict fasting, when vegetable oil is prohibited, then you do not need to fry vegetables, send them to boil in a pot with potatoes. Fry vegetables until transparent. You can extinguish them by covering.

  5. In a pan with mushrooms and potatoes we send 250 g of noodles and frying, mix everything well. You can use any noodles. The best will be home or store from durum wheat. You can smash the noodles in small pieces or leave them long, this is up to you. The main thing is to mix it during cooking several times so that it does not stick together.
    Add noodles to the pan with mushrooms and potatoes, then fry.
  6. Add two bay leaves, a couple of pinches of ground pepper, salt to taste. Boil the noodles for literally 5 minutes and remove from heat. You can leave it to brew for several minutes so that the ingredients are saturated with each other's aromas.
    At the end, salt the dish to taste, add bay leaf.
  7. Pour mushroom noodles into portioned plates, finely chop the parsley and sprinkle on top. Additionally, you can offer bread crumbs. For long-term storage, send the noodle pot to the refrigerator. But it is much tastier than freshly cooked, so try to eat it in the first couple of days, and not leave it for later.
