Step cooking
Vegetable preparation
- We cut into plates 250 g of champignon mushrooms.
- 0.5 carrots cut into long strips.
- Finely chop 150 - 200 g of any vegetables (fresh or frozen), it can be broccoli, peppers, cauliflower, onions, etc.
- Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic, it will turn out 1 tsp.
- Grind the ginger root (size 2 - 3 cm) in the same way as garlic. It should turn out 1 tsp. Ginger
Cooking noodles
- Pour 1.5 liters of water into the pan. Pour 0.5 tbsp. l salt, stir, dissolving in water. Bring the water to a boil.
- We put 150 g of buckwheat noodles. Cook until half ready.
- Put the cooked noodles in a container with cold water, rinse.
- We filter through a colander. Spread in a deep bowl and pour 2 tsp. vegetable oil (olive or sesame). Mix everything so that the noodles are completely oiled, otherwise it will stick together.
Cooking gravy
- Pour 1 - 2 tbsp into the pan. l vegetable oil. Put on fire, heat, bring the oil to a boil. Spread chopped champignons. Fry for 4 - 5 minutes.
- Now add the chopped carrots and vegetables. This mixture is fried for 6 to 7 minutes.
- Now add the finely chopped garlic and ginger. We fry 1 - 2 minutes.
Sauce making
- Pour 2 - 3 tbsp into a separate cup. l soy sauce.
- Add 1 tbsp. l water. Put 1 tsp. Sahara. Pour 1 tbsp. l rice vinegar.
- Add 1 - 2 tsp. spicy sweet chili sauce. Pour 0.5 tsp. starch. Mix everything thoroughly.
Cooking
- We put the noodles to the finished gravy.
- Pour the sauce, mix, so that everything is saturated with it. Fry for 2 minutes.
- Finely chop 2 stalks of green onions. Sprinkle them with the finished dish. We serve to the table.
