Ingredients
Buckwheat noodles | 200 g |
Chicken breast fillet | 200 g |
Sweet pepper | 1 PC. |
Carrot | 1 PC. |
Parsley | 1 bunch |
Sesame | 1 tsp |
Teriyaki sauce | 1 pack |
Soy sauce | 2 tbsp. l |
Sunflower oil | 3 tbsp. l |
Garlic | 2 cloves |
Step cooking
- Cut the chicken breast fillet with a knife into small pieces along the fibers and transfer to a bowl. This dietary and readily available product is the leader in amino acids in the composition. Protein takes 90%!
- Chop the garlic into small slices and add to the chicken. The presence of this vegetable in your diet will help to avoid colds, and in case of malaise will speed up recovery.
- Pour the contents of the bowl with two tablespoons of soy sauce and mix. We leave the chicken in the marinade for 15 minutes.
- Wash carrots, peel and cut into strips. Pour into a separate bowl. You knew that during heat treatment, carrots not only do not lose useful nutrients, but, on the contrary, are enriched with antioxidants by 35%.
- Cut bell pepper into small pieces, like straws. When choosing pepper, choose one that has 4 sectors; it is drier than pepper with 3 sectors. The latter should be added to salads raw.
- Combine pepper with carrots and mix the vegetables. There is no need to salt and pepper in this recipe, since soy sauce and teriyaki sauce along with garlic will give the dish the necessary taste. Rinse thoroughly and finely chop a bunch of parsley. It should not be too big. This low-calorie product improves vision, brain function and generally strengthens the immune system, so add it to your favorite greens list.
- Add three tablespoons of sunflower oil to a preheated pan and spread the pickled chicken. Fry it for 5 minutes, gently stirring so that the chicken does not burn.
- After 5 minutes, add vegetables and herbs to the pan, mix. Cook for 10 minutes.
- When the chicken with vegetables is ready, remove the pan from the heat and set the pot of water to boil.
- Add salt and buckwheat noodles to boiling water. Cook for no more than 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not overdo the noodles, as they will easily boil and become tasteless. By the way, an interesting fact, this side dish is classified as dietary, because, despite its calorie content, the product contains a lot of protein and is easily absorbed by the body.
- In the preheated stewpan, put the finished noodles and add the contents of the pan to it. Pour the mixture with teriyaki sauce, mix and lightly fry for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. When serving, sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds.
